Womens Fitness Training

Want to do boot-camp style training and gain fitness and strength in a fun, non-threatening environment? Want to meet some new female friends? And best of all, do you want it to be FREE?

Camberwell Lacrosse Clubs is running FREE Fitness sessions starting Thursday 5th March.

When: 6:30pm, Thursday, 5th & 12th March
Where: Dorothy Laver Reserve East, Saxby Road, Glen Iris.
Who: All women/girls, all ages, sizes and fitness levels
What to bring: Water bottle, towel, clothes that allow you to exercise, running shoes

There is no need for people who attend to play lacrosse. What have girls of all ages, sizes and fitness levels training with us, and you will only work at your level.
